 I inherited several pieces of antique furniture from a relative in Ireland and I had no idea how in the world I was going to get it to me in Lakeway, Texas. While moving my family from Canada to the US, I ran into some significant hurdles where the proper customs procedures had not been followed by the border agent for one of my vehicles. Not only did Dorry take great care of the typical paperwork pieces, but she also went way above and beyond when those issues reappeared during registration/title of the vehicle. Even after the initial work had been done and we ran into problems further down the line, she responded quickly and spoke directly with the local government office, clearing up the confusion and leading to a complete resolution of the case. What's more, her professional yet personal approach and candor made the entire process very comfortable for us as a family- this gave us highest confidence that if we had any further issues at all, she'd be there with us.  Great Job Dorry! While I hope we'd never have to untangle a mess like this again, I know I'll come to you first. Recently we moved to Texas, USA from Ontario, Canada driving all the way in our car. As we started to settle here we realized in order to register our car we have to import it first. Initially I thought it would be a simple process of me going to CBP office and getting a document signed but it turned out to be much more complicated than that. I got confusing information from different CBP offices and also officers at the same port. One person even told me that the information on their website is not correct!   I then started to look for help and found a company online but soon I realized that company also was not aware of the correct process.  Eventually I got lucky and found BD Flynn and after speaking to Dorry I was reassured that my matter would be resolved within a week. However, thanks to Dorry's experience and knowledge it just took a couple of days to get it done instead of a week. She explained the entire process to me in detail and kept me posted with all the updates she was getting.
